Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship unframed prints internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout by the shipper. International orders are subject to tax and duties in addition to the cost of your order and are the responsibility of the client.
How long will it take to receive my print?
Shipping estimates vary depending on your location. For orders within Canada, you can usually expect your order to arrive within 14 business days. For international orders, you can expect your order to take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee a high-quality product and we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the art you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, you may exchange it for another piece or receive a store credit in the amount you paid, excluding shipping fees. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and the artwork must be in the same condition you received it to be eligible.
What happens if my order is damaged?
Please inspect your package upon receipt. If there is an issue with your order or your package appears damaged (occasionally shipments are damaged in transit, although this is rare), contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Include a photo if applicable. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your artwork to be eligible for a replacement.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be packaged in a durable square mailing tube. All items are shipped via Canada Post.
How are your prints made?
Printed at Akasha Art Projects in Toronto, Canada on the highest quality Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper.
What is an edition?
The edition refers to the number your artwork is within a limited run of prints. If your print is 2/20, it is the second editioned print of that limited run of only 20 prints. No further identical prints will be made available in the editioned size.
What is the certificate of authenticity?
All of our prints include a certificate of authenticity with the artist’s signature, the title of the work and the edition number. This confirms the integrity of your print.
How do I care for my print?
Please avoid touching the surface of your print. We recommend opening your package with a professional framer and having it framed as soon as possible to preserve it’s pristine quality.
