Hazel Ling, born in Amsterdam to parents of Chinese descent, blends cultural duality into her photography. Influenced by serene and harmonious elements of Chinese art and the structured awareness of Western styles, her work reflects a unique fusion. Fascinated by cameras from a young age, she pursued her passion after a decade in finance, studying at the Photo Academy in Amsterdam. Hazel's evocative style, first showcased in a major installation at the Netherlands Cancer Institute, has graced international exhibitions, including Toronto's Contact Photography Festival. She continues to share her vision globally, with exhibits in notable galleries and museums.
